90-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To ensure safety and fairness, returns are only accepted if the product meets all of the following conditions:
Completely Unopened
The factory seal must be intact and unbroken.
Unused
The knee brace must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of wear.
Original Packaging
All original packaging, inserts, tags, and protective materials must be included and undisturbed.
Important Hygiene Notice
Due to sanitary and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been:

Worn

Tried on

Tested
unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
No exceptions can be made for opened items that are not defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your HyperFlex™ knee brace arrives defective or damaged, the hygiene restrictions above do not apply.

Once verified, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
