Why it happens

You're not imagining it.

Heel discomfort usually isn't random. It builds up in a specific place, for reasons that make sense once you see them.

Where the strain builds up
Simplified illustration
  1. The heel

Where the band of tissue along the bottom of your foot anchors. It's also where most people feel that sharp first-step sensation.

  2. The arch

Your arch flattens slightly with every step and springs back. Over a long day, that's thousands of small stretch-and-return cycles.

  3. The plantar fascia

The thick band running from heel to toes. It works like a bowstring, holding the arch and absorbing load as you walk.

  4. The load

Standing, walking, hard floors, and unsupportive shoes all send force down through that same structure — hour after hour.

What most people try first

Different things work for different people.

Most of these are worth doing. The catch is that many of them only help while you're sitting still — and your feet do their hardest work when you're up and moving.

  • Resting

Taking weight off your feet gives everything a chance to settle down.

Hard to do when you work on your feet.

  • Regular socks

Comfortable and familiar, and they go with everything you own.

Built for warmth, not targeted support.

  • Basic insoles

Add cushioning underfoot and can make hard floors easier.

Only work in the one pair of shoes they're in.

  • Stretching

Widely recommended, easy to do, and costs nothing.

    The benefit fades between sessions.

  • Rigid supports

Firm structure that holds the foot in a fixed position.

Can feel bulky and awkward during a normal day.

A different approach

Support that stays with you while you move.

Our compression sleeve is designed to be worn during the parts of your day that ask the most of your feet — the school run, the shift, the errands, the walk back to the car. Gentle, consistent, low-profile support that goes where you go.

Product

How it works

Simple support, built for a normal day.

No straps to adjust, no break-in period, nothing to think about once it's on.

  1. Targeted support

The knit is shaped to sit closely around the foot and ankle, so support lands where you actually feel the strain instead of being spread thin.

  2. Comfortable compression

Firm enough to feel present, gentle enough to forget about. Designed to hug without pinching or leaving marks.

  3. Support while you move

It's designed to stay put through walking, standing, working and light exercise — not just while you're resting.

  4. Everyday comfort

Thin and low-profile, so it slips under most socks and shoes and fits into the routine you already have.

What to expect

From first wear to everyday routine.

Support works best when it's consistent. Here's how most people build it into their week.

  1. First wear

Get a feel for the fit

Slip it on and let your foot get used to the compression. It should feel snug and present — never tight or pinching. Wear it around the house for an hour or two first.

  2. First week

    Build the habit

Put it on when you get dressed, the same way you'd reach for socks. Consistency is the whole point — support you forget to wear can't do anything for you.

  3. Everyday use

Wear it through the hard hours

The long shift, the grocery run, the walk the dog insists on. Wear it for the parts of your day that ask the most of your feet.

  4. Long term

Make it part of your routine

Keep a second pair in the drawer so there's always a clean one ready. Pair it with whatever else works for you — good shoes, stretching, sensible breaks.

Individual experiences vary. This describes a typical wear routine, not a guaranteed outcome. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition — if pain persists or worsens, please see a qualified healthcare professional.

Your day, either way

Imagine a day you don't spend thinking about your feet.

Foot discomfort rarely stops your day outright. It just quietly shapes it — what you say yes to, how far you park, whether you sit down early.

Without support

Planning around your feet

  • Bracing yourself before you stand up
  • Turning down the long walk
  • Counting the hours left on your shift
  • Thinking about your feet all day

With everyday support

Getting on with your day

  • Getting through your morning routine
  • Walking with more comfort underfoot
  • Staying on your feet a little longer
  • Focusing on your day, not your feet

Individual experiences vary. This product is designed to provide comfortable compression and support; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

The details

Where the design does the work.

A sleeve lives or dies on how it's knitted. Here's what we paid attention to.

Close-up of the compression sleeve
  1. Targeted compression

The knit is engineered to hold closest where the foot meets the ankle, so pressure lands where you want it rather than everywhere at once.

  2. Flexible construction

Four-way stretch that moves with the natural flex of your foot instead of fighting it. No rigid plates, no hinges.

  3. Breathable nylon knit

A fine, light nylon that lets air move through, so it stays wearable through a full day indoors or out.

  4. Low-profile fit

Thin enough to disappear under a sock. It won't crowd your shoe or force you up a size.

Our approach

Designed with everyday foot comfort in mind.

We didn't set out to build a medical device. We set out to build a compression sleeve that people would actually keep wearing — because support only helps if it's still on your foot at 4pm.

That meant getting a few unglamorous things right: a knit that holds without pinching, a profile thin enough to disappear into a shoe, and a size range that fits real feet rather than an average.

  • Fit-tested across four sizes

Sized to real ankle measurements rather than a one-size-fits-most guess, so the compression lands where it should.

  • Built for wear time, not shelf appeal

Every design decision was judged on one question: would someone still have this on at the end of a long day?

  • Honest about what it is

It's a compression sleeve. It's designed to support and cushion. We don't claim it treats a condition, because that isn't what it does.

This product is a compression garment intended for comfort and support. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing on this page is medical advice. If you have diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage, or persistent foot pain, please speak with a healthcare professional before using compression garments.

Questions

Everything else you might be wondering.

What is plantar fasciitis?

It's the common name for irritation of the plantar fascia — the thick band of tissue running along the bottom of your foot from the heel to the toes. It's most often noticed as heel discomfort that's sharpest with the first steps of the morning. We're not able to diagnose it for you; if you think that's what you're dealing with, a doctor or podiatrist can confirm.

How does this sleeve help?

It's designed to provide gentle, consistent compression around the foot and ankle while you go about your day. Many people find that kind of steady support more comfortable than nothing at all, particularly during long periods of standing or walking. It's a comfort and support garment — it isn't a treatment.

How should I wear it?

Slide it on so it sits smoothly with no bunching or folds. It should feel snug and noticeable — never tight, painful, or restrictive. If it leaves deep marks, makes your foot tingle, or changes your skin colour, take it off and size up.

Can I wear it all day?

Most people wear it through their normal waking hours. Start with an hour or two to see how your foot responds, then build up. We don't recommend sleeping in compression garments. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, or nerve issues, check with your doctor before wearing compression at all.

Can I wear it with shoes?

Yes. It's a thin, low-profile knit designed to layer under a sock and inside most everyday shoes, sneakers, and work boots without crowding your foot or forcing you up a shoe size.

What sizes are available?

Four sizes, S through XL, fitting ankle circumferences from roughly 6.7" to 9.8" (17–25 cm). Measure around the narrowest part of your ankle with a soft tape and match it to the size chart. Between two sizes? Size up for all-day comfort, size down for firmer compression.

Is it suitable for both feet?

Yes — the design is symmetrical, so the same sleeve fits either foot. Plenty of customers wear one; plenty wear a pair. Check the product options above for what's included in each pack.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Skip the bleach and fabric softener — both break down the elastic fibres that give the sleeve its compression. Air dry flat; don't tumble dry.
